MA/NA threads a different needle: izakaya register (small plates, sake-led drinking) executed with the formality of a high-end Mayfair room. Notable for the dining-room design — Tadao Ando-adjacent concrete-and-timber — and a kitchen that genuinely respects the ingredients.
