Victoria strung its mineral springs, bathhouses and shark-netted ocean pools onto one route in 2024: 560 miles from Portland in the west to Mount Hotham in the east, in three sections. What makes it a trail rather than a spa list is the range it admits — Peninsula Hot Springs and the Hepburn Bathhouse sit on it alongside free public pumps where you fill a bottle from the ground, and a town beach at Geelong.
