Not a remake: Afterglow runs the actual 1990s After Dark module code on a Musashi 68k core, reimplementing just enough of the old Macintosh Toolbox to do it without an Apple ROM. Drag in a disk image or install releases straight from the Internet Archive, then set Flying Toasters to eleven objects and light toast and hand the whole thing back to macOS as a real screen saver.
