An 81-mile bike-and-train loop through the Cévennes National Park — a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and Europe’s largest International Dark Sky Reserve — cycling granite gorges and stone villages for three days, then returning by train. The midpoint is Ferme Auberge de la Bombine, a working farm serving abundant traditional meals from its own produce. The loop’s structure (62 miles cycling, the rest by rail) keeps it manageable for non-specialists.
