Teddy bears are the one toy that shrinks a dangerous animal down to lap size. Stillwater reverses it: half a dozen bear statues, two to over ten feet tall, posed around the amphitheatre and the rides like oversized visitors enjoying the park with everyone else. The whole five-million-dollar park arrived in the mid-2000s as an anonymous gift; the donors turned out to be a former Dell executive and his wife, which has spoiled the mystery and none of the effect.
