Surraura takes whatever your Mac is playing and runs it through impulse responses and convolution reverb so it sounds like it is coming from somewhere: an old radio in a bedroom, a hi-fi in a studio with rain at the window, a café. The developer built it for a late ADHD diagnosis, on the theory that sound placed in a space is easier to concentrate through than a dry mix. No driver — macOS asks permission once. Free tier with starter environments; all of them for $7 a month.
