Watch electrons and holes move through a transistor

Brandon Li’s simulator renders a BJT, a MOSFET and a JFET as swarms of individual carriers: blue dots for electrons, red for holes, a white flash wherever the two recombine. One set moves them at the combined drift and diffusion current, which reads cleanly; a second adds the real random walk, which is more honest and gloriously harder to follow. No textbook band diagram ever showed you the traffic.
