Drag a rectangle, get exact screen coordinates, no permissions needed

ScreenCoord

ScreenCoord drops a dimmed crosshair overlay on your screen, then lets you drag out a rectangle and fine-tune it with resize handles and a live size readout before hitting Confirm. It prints the result as one line — matching screencapture -R’s own x,y,width, height format, or a {x, y, width, height} AppleScript literal — and copies the same string to the clipboard, needing no Screen Recording or Accessibility permission. Cancel leaves whatever you’d already copied untouched, and it’s free via Homebrew or a GitHub release binary.
