Most turntables lay the record flat and hide it under a dust cover; the TD-1 spins it vertically instead, so the disc faces you like a picture rather than lying down. It’s the debut hi-fi product from Ruka Studio, an LA collective of former Apple engineers and designers, housed in a milled aluminium body with mechanical knobs.
