Run your own face through the copier until it falls apart

Photocopy

It takes one photo with your webcam, then lets you photocopy it. Then photocopy the photocopy. Each pass eats another layer of tone until you are left with the high-contrast grain of a xeroxed zine, and the exact generation where a face stops being a face is different every time. The effect is genuinely good — properly analogue, not a filter pretending.
