The EuChemS Periodic Table of Endangered Elements

The European Chemical Society redraws the periodic table by supply risk instead of atomic weight — green for plentiful, red for “serious threat in the next 100 years.” Red-flagged elements include helium, zinc, gallium, germanium, arsenic, silver, indium, and tellurium. A second warning system, in grey, flags tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold as sourced from conflict zones — the minerals mined to make a phone work.
