Owls in Towels is a single-purpose web site of the most specifically-named delight: photos of injured or rescued owls wrapped in towels, blankets, and fabric scraps by wildlife rehabbers, who do this because an unwrapped owl will flap around and injure itself further while being weighed, fed, or treated. Each photo names the bird, the rehab center, and the species. There is nothing else on the site, which is exactly what makes it good.
