The Corinthian is the Accor group’s bet that you can build a credible cruise yacht in the lineage of the Orient Express name without burning fuel for show: three 100-meter carbon masts carry 4,500 m² of rigid SolidSail panels, enough to push the 220-meter ship at 17 knots on wind alone in good conditions. Architect Maxime d’Angeac — a yacht-design first-timer — splits the interiors between early-20th-century ocean liner décor on decks 4–6 and curved futurism on deck 7, with handcrafted art deco bas-reliefs by Etienne Rayssac. Inaugural voyage departs the French Riviera in June, ending the season in the Caribbean.
