In the Bavarian-themed town of Leavenworth, Washington, the Nutcracker Museum is built on one private collection gathered from more than fifty countries. It holds over 7,000 nutcrackers, from traditional hand-carved soldiers to a cast-iron Jimmy Carter prototype and a Garfield, all shelved side by side.
