Leaving out the blade is the trick: the Mini Sailor Lite is built to be TSA-friendly, so it can live on a keychain instead of in a checked bag. Folded it is 2.78 inches and 2.38 ounces, and it still holds pliers, wire cutters, scissors, screwdrivers, and a SIM ejector. NexTool sells it for $19.99.
