Mispher is a free, open-source Mac app (Apple Silicon, macOS 26+) that pairs speech recognition with an agent, both running entirely on-device. Speak to it and it can transcribe, rewrite, translate, or carry out the spoken command directly — no cloud round-trip, and no account to create first.
