Built in Python and PyQt6, Mise strips the browser down to what a fanless laptop can actually afford to run: workspace isolation keeps tabs from bleeding into each other, and strict asset blocking keeps pages light instead of choking a passively-cooled CPU. It’s meant as a keyboard-driven companion to a real browser, not a replacement for one.
