less-sheet is a native, read-only CSV viewer built around one refusal: it never loads a file into memory, only whatever rows the window needs to show. A 10 GB file opens in about the same 180 milliseconds as a 10 KB one, and memory use barely moves either, because scrolling triggers reads, not importing. Separator, quote character, and encoding are guessed from the file and adjustable live, without ever re-opening it. Free, 3 MB, MIT-licensed, macOS and Linux.
