Meta built the Neural Band for its glasses; Kinesis points it at macOS instead: swipe between desktops, open Mission Control, or pinch thumb to index finger and rotate your wrist as though there were a dial there, for volume or brightness. You pick the mappings, and it makes you rehearse first — “slide your thumb across your index finger”, then “got it, that one came from your band.” Free, open source, menu bar only. You have to unpair the band from Meta’s own app before it will talk to you.
