Hotel Corazón

A restored 18th-century finca between Sóller and Deià in the Serra de Tramuntana, owned by photographer Kate Bellm and horticulturist Edgar Lopez — its 17 rooms are personal rather than polished, with candy-pink linens, rough ceramics, and a chapel repurposed as a spa. The ‘Holy Wood’ suite has wobbly doors and rounded steps echoing Jacques Couëlle, and the kitchen garden feeds the table within minutes of harvest.
