The water at Havasu Falls reads as a Photoshop edit until you see it in person; the high mineral content of the Havasu Creek tints the pool a turquoise that has no equivalent in the Colorado watershed. The trail is ten miles down from Hualapai Hilltop on the Havasupai Reservation, permit-only, and books out months in advance — but it stays one of the few places in the Grand Canyon where you can swim under a 100-foot waterfall.
