Perstorp began as a vinegar town, and its monument is a roughly five-metre concrete copy of the old glass bottle, red cap and printed label included. Unveiled in 1994, it carries Swedish panels with a cucumber-pickling tip and a list of things to see nearby. It stands at Köpmangatan and Hässleholmsvägen, a short walk from the train station.
