Written in Rust, it boots the real mask ROM, the real bootloader and an unmodified app image on emulated ESP32-S3, C3 and C6 chips. Boards with screens and touch are modelled, and a virtual WiFi access point lets firmware reach the real network. It runs in the browser too. The C3 and C6 are still marked draft, and the classic ESP32 is more limited.
