New Zealand sculptor Jamie Thomas heats, bends, welds and grinds a heap of rusted horseshoes and dead metal files into a duck caught at the moment of takeoff — wings up, feet still trailing. The video runs the whole build, and the good part is watching him work out which curve a horseshoe already wants to be before he asks it for another one.
