Dolphin Sunset

Three silver dolphins breach from a square fountain on the roof of the China Ferry Terminal — the building the Pearl River Delta ferries arrive at, whose passengers walk straight past it toward the packed piers at Ocean Terminal. Ten thousand square feet of west-facing deck, so the sunset lands on the water and the chrome at once, with almost nobody in the frame. After dark the fountain lights the dolphins in changing colour.
