Tapping a shortcut in the Live Activity makes the app send itself a silent notification carrying the shortcut’s name, and an iOS 27 notification-trigger automation runs it. You pick how many launchers show, with an SF Symbol and color for each. Expect about a one-second delay, and don’t rename a launcher, which breaks the match.
