Martin Hulbert came back to Coworth Park near Ascot and redid the stable rooms around the estate’s meadows: dried flowers set in resin tabletops, blooms pressed into clay reliefs in the bathrooms, linen block-printed from floral drawings. The walnut joinery comes from storm-fallen trees. Rooms are bookable, from about £860 a night.
