A 1935 Ole Falkentorp functionalist hotel on the Zealand coast — the Danish Riviera — restored to its streamlined modernist character, with soft white curves and a landmark oval tower holding a one-bedroom suite ringed by curved floor-to-ceiling windows. Gubi made custom furniture for it, and the restaurant is led by a chef with 16 years at Michelin-starred Søllerød Kro. It’s designed to be part of residents’ daily life rather than a sealed-off resort.
