Bandai’s head office is a normal corporate tower with a row of life-sized polymer characters lined up outside it — Godzilla, Goku, Shin-chan — standing on the pavement like they are waiting for the lights to change. The lobby holds a museum of the company’s own products, hung in order, so you can watch a toy line evolve decade by decade on your way past reception.
