A drip machine whose trick is knowing when to stop dripping. It meters water through the grounds at 0.2 ml a pulse under close temperature control, cuts the drip before extraction turns bitter, then brings the cup back into balance with finishing water from a second spout. Two spouts, one of which never touches the coffee bed.
